Open Positions
Pest Control Technician
Our Pest Control Technicians provide recurring pest control services, inspect homes and properties, identify pest activity, apply treatments, communicate with customers, and document completed work.
This is a full-time, field-based position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and able to interact professionally with customers. No prior pest control experience is required. We provide training and support for becoming a Virginia Registered Technician.
Starting pay is generally $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and fit for the role.
Sales Representative
Our Sales Representatives help prospective customers choose the right pest control, termite, mosquito and tick, or related home-protection service for their needs.
This is a full-time sales position for someone with strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. Direct sales experience is preferred, and experience in home services, residential construction, pest control, or related industries is helpful.
Compensation may include a base pay structure plus commission, depending on experience and role fit.
Part-Time Sales Representative
Our Part-Time Sales Representative role is designed for someone who wants a flexible schedule while helping homeowners understand and choose the right pest control and home-protection services.
This may be a good fit for a parent with school-day availability, someone seeking part-time professional work, or an experienced salesperson looking for a flexible opportunity. Sales or customer service experience is preferred, and home services experience is helpful.
This position is generally 20–30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Compensation may include hourly pay, commission, or a combination depending on experience and the final position structure.

General Requirements
Applicants should have a clean, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to use basic mobile technology such as an iPad, phone, email, and company software.
Depending on the position, applicants may need a valid Virginia driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to pass required background checks and drug screening, and the physical ability to perform field work around homes, crawlspaces, garages, foundations, and exterior areas.
